Return Policy

 We do not accept returns or exchanges unless it was a fault on manufacturer or company. If it is the company fault in any way, you’ll have 48 hours to give to get in contact with us so we can start an investigation. For the investigation, you will need to email boujielaysbeautybar@gmail.com provide a detailed description and photos of the issue at hand. We will get back in contact within 24-72 hours with the best solution for you. We will not accept any product that has been used in any way.​

Refunds

We take pride our products and stand behind their quality. However, due to the nature of our business, we do not offer. All sales are final. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us and we will do our to address them.

Shipping Policy

Please give us 1-2 business day to processing your order to be shipped out. Once we process your order you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been shipped out , and it will arrive at the shipping time you selected. Please insure that shipping addresses is correct. If it’s any error we will contact you for the correct information.  If there are any mistakes it will delay your shipping. Once I have successfully shipped your order out I am no longer responsible for your items as the post office has it and it is their responsibility now.​
